Pros

They raise their minimum wage every year, $1 for Full Time People and 50 cents for part time. Right now the current rate is $14 hr starting for full time and $9.50 starting for part time. They truly know how to take care of their employees and they always work around your schedule. At my store they even help you find second jobs if you need them and they raise your hours.

Cons

There are absolutely no downsides to Hobby Lobby, unless you aren't religious....but if you aren't then Hobby Lobby probably isn't somewhere you are going to apply at anyway.

Pros

no uniforms, just a vest worn over your clothes. Easy work.

Cons

The main store manager was extremely rude and constantly made you feel as if you had ruined his whole day, for example: when I was there the registers could not void entries so if a customer decided they didn't want something after already having entered it, you had to get a manager to sign a small form for accounting, the main manager would treat this as if it was a mistake you had made. It was only the one manager that acted like this though, the other managers were very pleasant.
