Pros

Friendly coworkers; opportunity for advancement if you are ambitious; lazy, dead-weight people aren't tolerated for long. Nice discount program for employees.

Cons

A little behind the times technology-wise. Need to update inventory management procedures. Sometimes they get a little preachy at work.

Pros

Hours from 9am to 8pm. Every other weekend off. Closed Sundays.

Cons

No training. Un-Organized. Lets do everything wrong first time before we get it right. Made to think you are apart of something, when you're just manual labor! PUSH, PUSH, PUSH cheaply made products. Un-realistic expectations, pressure to get things done in your own department while expecting you to cover multiple areas, then question you why things aren't done. NO EXCUSES!!!!
