Pros

Great place to work enjoyed the hands on management style that Hobbly Lobby uses. Should have never left. Give it a try.

Cons

None that I can think of. I mean it is retail so the hours are long nut the pay is worth it.

Pros

Christian Atmousphere and higher level of customers with a huge profit margin on items

Cons

Weekends off are an illusion, Christian and Business hardly mesh, low starting and pay rates for normal associates, low assistant manager pay, COmanager and Store Manager make 47to 55 plus bonus but everyone minimum wage but Department Heads at 8 and assistant manager 10.

Pros

Hobby Lobby has great hours and benefits for the employees. Being always closed on Sundays and not being open late meant I always had time with my family. I was able to move into a specialized full time position within a couple months of starting. The management and benefit structure were very supportive of a full time career with the company.

Cons

The only problems I ever encountered were standard retail fare: there were some grouchy customers and my schedule was rarely the same week to week.
