      Full time pay was pretty good

      Cons

      Everything else. Company is horribly run. No bar code scanner means everything is rung up by hand. Price checks are terribly inefficient. Management sits around, gives no guidance, then is upset about anything that's been done. No set schedule, close one night and go in at 7 the next morning. Dead weight employees never spoken to, and good employees have to do double the work then get chewed out by management because it took too long for us to do 2 people's jobs. I wouldn't even bother working here.

      Stable pay per hour, even for part-time.

      How do I start, first...little chance for advancement, District Managers tend to be more of the bosses, than say the store managers. Opportunity for advancement is next to none, and finally they don't respect an employee as the customer when it comes to personal time off! Yup go to a store talk to your friends, joke, and HUH! Say the wrong thing that another customer or employee hears? BUSTED! I THOUGHT PERSONAL TIME OFF EVEN AT THEIR STORE WAS "MY" TIME! BRILLIANT HOBBY LOBBY AND DAVID GREEN JUST BRILLIANT!
