Pros

Sundays off, every other Saturday off Discount

Cons

They don’t share that the Saturday you work is a 16 hour day. They don’t disclose what the shifts are actually like. Recruiter made it sound like a 40-45 hour work week. Holiday you work open to close six days a week. Unrealistic timelines for projects. Staff is always stretched thin and extremely stressed Basically treated like property, not as an employee. District Manager was toxic and all senior management was looking for new jobs when I left. 4-5 months in I was already looking for my escape route on indeed.
