If you are in the right store with people who care as much as you do it’s a blast. Lots of freight to push and run to the floor. Sundays off.

Cons

Salary managers easily work 50 plus hours a week. Absolutely no home/work life balance at all. Even when you’re home you’ll be thinking of what you need to get done the next day and dreaming about hobby lobby boxes.
