Pros

Great co-workers and good pay. Guaranteed Sunday's off is a big perk.

Cons

Cons very much outweighed the pros. Work schedule is less than ideal (one open to close every week, and every other Saturday.) Company is very stringent on this schedule, no flexibility. PTO/Vacation policy is also poor and micromanaged at a district level. District/Regional leadership is very involved and not in a good way. Rarely heard anything positive.

Pros

Back when I worked I was paid 18.50, everyone got raises shortly after I left. You always get enough hours. It’s not completely horrible sometimes.

Cons

Toxic coworkers and customers. They don’t mind if you stay over a whole hour or two after your scheduled shift ends, specifically around the holidays, sometimes I didn’t know they expected me to stay longer. Communication across managers and workers is poor. There’s a lot of favoritism. I quit because of negligence of management for the safety and health of employees.
