Pros

Good pay, Shifts usually follow a routine that's easy to follow.

Cons

District Manager can't make his mind up on how the store should run. Now the Store Manager schedules a minimal amount of people (sometimes less than the minimum), and now has the minimal amount of people stressed out to hell keeping up the status quo and failing at it when the store gets busy with customers. It's been happening for months now so everyone just expects another crappy shift everyday.

Pros

Decent wages, some really great managers who can uplift and inspire staff.

Cons

No continuity between districts. How can one be so great and another a dark depressing cloud. Good work is punished with more work, same wages as the weak links. Nowhere to turn for bullying by Management, I've never shared the same sadness with so many people while simultaneously feeling so alone.

Pros

The pay is good and the job itself is USUALLY easy. That is, up until some people in charge make it needlessly difficult.

Cons

Dealing with the store manager, specifically for this location. From my POV, he has made working there more difficult than it needed to be. And (in my opinion) he couldn't hire an ant to farm for sugar. I wasn't hired under his regime so that was not a me-problem. There are some things I'd like to go over in great detail here for why I'm saying that he made working there more difficult than it needed to be, but I'm sure that would require lawyers at the table. However, I will say this: if you question my work ethic or why something is taking so long, just realize that I'm a notorious hard worker with normally good speed and that it might just be SOMEONE ELSE'S fault that I'm falling behind on a task. Especially if that someone was also responsible for the last minute rush of completing a certain other task behind it with haphazard results that made it difficult to complete a certain task involving ordering. And your time-based math is horrible. The one SM that I was hired under was way better, but unfortunate circumstances happened. (EDIT: just some grammar)
