Pros

For the most part (over the 10 years I was there) I loved my crew. Thats what kept me there so long. Pay and benefits, not bad.

Cons

The management isn't good. There's poor/no communication (especially to the night shift), theres alot of favoritism and deception. Extremely low staffing on nights.
