Management sucks. They cant keep employees more than a few months. They fire good employees over little things.

Lots of over time for management, but no pay compensation for it.

Cons

This company loves to go around the country and buy other manufacturing plants and shut them down. The history of that goes back to the early 1990s. I worked at a plant they bought and close down within a year. And I know many other people who worked at plants they bought and closed down within a year. They of course lied and said they weren't like that when they first came in. They laid off people who had been working at these plants for 30 years plus.
