I work in a professional leadership role reporting to a VP. The people I work with are encouraging and collaborative. It feels like they have your back and want to see you succeed. The work is challenging and there are lots of opportunities to grow and try new things. Investments are also being made in the business from new benefits for employees to new technology that makes work easier.

Disjointed organizational structure (although, this seems to be improving)
