Few good people who can make it a fun place to work.

Cons

Poor leadership, unethical, they only look out for themselves and whomever they are hooking up with. It is embarrassing how antequated their systems are yet thousands of dollars are spent on alcohol and traveling for leadership. Save yourself the brain cells and find an ethical company to work for that will help you grow as an employee. There are no career advancement opportunities.

The nature of the product lines and wide range of accounts leaves room for enormous amounts of business potential.

Cons

Low salaries and low standards for projects have driven many talented and highly qualified individuals to seek employment elsewhere. There is a fundamental lack of organization within and between departments in addition to unsuccessful process implementation. The disarray causes long work hours, frustration, unnecessary drama, high stress levels and employee dissatisfaction.
