Pros

nice looking office. fully equipped kitchen. there was a good food once, but now it's just barely eatable.

Cons

horrible atmosphere, creepy people, rude management . they don't calculate the complete salary for the pension needs, only 80% the most stupid decision of my life to go there

Pros

Competitive salaries, very nice stock options, remote work friendly, flexible working hours, almost flat management structure, very transparent company. Not much management related procedures (almost no meetings, etc).

Cons

A lot of legacy stuff, very complex architecture with , night shifts.
