      Pros

      Holder truly is a family. They are miles ahead of any company I’ve ever worked for. Holder is always trying to come up with ways to keep the company on the forefront of the industry. I’ve felt appreciated and welcomed since day one.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but we staff jobs at 75% capacity. This breeds out leaders that will rise to the occasion and be able to lead their own jobs sooner. If you’re able to manage workload and enjoy working hard you’ll love it here.
