      Compensation and group activities they offer.

      Cons

      If you are 40 or older do not bother. They will not want you. They want young, unattached people who are wanting to pick up their lives and family’s lives when they say so. No remote work. Have to be on site in a trailer crammed in with a lot of people. You have cliques and if you don’t want to do group activities all the time then you are considered an outsider. If you are 21, like to party then work and move all over the country, then it is perfect for you.

      good pay and benefits. i got to go to Atlanta a lot

      Cons

      work plans are not good. long hours. plan on giving your life to holder. Sound like all the California projects are managed by inexperienced leaders.
