Pros

Holder is one of the top companies in the industry with some of the best projects and most room for growth.

Cons

As a new hire, a lot is expected of you with little direction or guidance. The sink or swim mentality is very real. You do not have one manager or one person you report to so you get tasks and deadlines from multiple managers all overlapping with the same priority.

We are continually introducing new mental health resources within our benefits package and recently launched a partnership with an award-winning clinical psychologist to help address mental health struggles and burnout that affects our industry. We acknowledge the construction industry’s reputation for long hours and always encourage our associates to reach out to their managers for help when they feel workload has become unmanageable.
