3yWe are continually introducing new mental health resources within our benefits package and recently launched a partnership with an award-winning clinical psychologist to help address mental health struggles and burnout that affects our industry. We acknowledge the construction industry’s reputation for long hours and always encourage our associates to reach out to their managers for help when they feel workload has become unmanageable.
