      Great Builders at the Cost of Employees

      Pros

      Comparable pay to other GCs. Large Projects. Set process and procedures. Hard to get fired. High profile company.

      Cons

      There are no limits on amount of hours you could work. The perfect example of a "Pizza Party" employer. Too much of the management is aggressive. Felt for many years I was working around different "cliques". They don't fire the people that clearly don't contribute. As long as you bleed blue, you can do no wrong.
