Pros

Good INITIAL pay, other than that, nothing. Not even the people.

Cons

Generally I am not a person that goes by negative reviews because most negative reviews are by people that had a bad experience, but let me tell you this is not the case. Yes, I had a bad experience but this is not a negative review out of anger, it is to inform the people that are applying and to help them avoid what I went through. To start off, they have a horrible turn over rate. Typically pre construction engineers don’t last longer than 2 years. The company likes hiring straight out of college because they shape employees their way and it’s helpful to hire people that practically doesn’t know how other companies work. An intern can do your job…. There are two sides, you can be either on the burned off, working too much, being on your manager good side or being on your manager bad side, having a work-life balance, and barely getting any projects. Anyone can be a manager so anyone with no manager skills are managers. All the main leads are white old men that want to act young, the environment has 0% maturity, if you don’t go to their activities you’re on their bad side. 0 trust, you can’t work from home without a doctor (similar) excuse. Happy hours are a must or you’re seen as an outsider. 0 diversity. You have to agree to everything they talk about if not, you’re on their bad side. Long story short if you’re on their bad side, they make an excuse and push you to the point you need to quit.
