3yWe give our associates great responsibility which can often lead to long work hours. We care about each associates’ wellbeing and provide benefits, such as Paid Time Off, annual bonus program, Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, etc., to help to offset this. Associates should always talk to their managers when they feel workload has become too demanding.
