3yWe acknowledge that work-life balance can be a challenge in the construction industry, but trust the relationships built with managers and each other gives confidence to ask for help when workload gets heavy. While workload given to associates at Holder directly translates to opportunity and career growth, we never want associates to feel underappreciated or experience burnout.
