Pros

Most of the day to day job is self led and driven other than meetings you are able to work on your task in your own way and be independent Great people. Holder prides themselves on being a people company not just a construction company. If you work for them they work for you and will provide you the tools you need

Cons

Very demanding projects. Holder takes on extremely complex and large projects which often require above and beyond efforts
