Work-life balance can be a challenge in the construction industry; however, we fully support and encourage work-life balance, and recognize the positive impacts it has on our associates and their well-being. We encourage our associates to reach out to their manager when workload gets heavy.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, strong training, good team environment and room for growth. Management is also very transparent. I would recommend anybody to work here as long as you're willing to put in the time.

      Cons

      There tends to be a lot of cliques. Time with the company appears to be an important factor when working there.
