Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your service with Holder. We acknowledge the long hours many projects require to deliver strong results to our clients, but we never want long hours to be a result of our culture. We value and support work-life balance, and we encourage associates to let their manager know if they have too many things on their plate.

Great company to work for

Pros

Management makes good decisions about pursuing future work and growing organically. Company was quick to make decisions to protect associates when COVID started and they have been smart about allowing people to return to the office on as as needed basis.

Cons

Company can sometimes sacrifice associates work life balance for profit. Of course, this also leads to better bonuses if there are fewer employees to split it between but sometimes balance (and health) is better than money.

Thank you for your review and your ongoing work with Holder! We give our associates great responsibility which translates to opportunity for every Holder associate to grow in their career quickly. We acknowledge this responsibility often also leads to heavy workloads and long hours, and we encourage associates to ask for help and let their manager know if they have too many things on their plate.
