Pros

Push you to your limits which allows one to grow, great responsibility with high level clients and sometimes high level budgets.

Cons

Need to personally understand limits of work life balance, they have a great culture but it is unsure if it us a true culture or a for show culture. At the end of the day they care more about the work getting done.
