The construction industry has a reputation for being demanding, with long working hours. Holder is made up of hardworking, dedicated associates with a “do what it takes” attitude to make our projects successful. We value and support the work-life balance and offer ample Paid Time Off necessary to keep our associates happy and healthy, and performing their best.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed experiencing our family-like culture. Due to the pandemic, much of our work shifted to virtual due to safety concerns and we are looking forward to having more connections to our jobsites and people with the lifting of restrictions, making it easier to learn from upper management.
