I think its the corporation that makes this place awful to work at. They try to cut costs as much as possible. Pay isn't worth it when guests yell at you because corporate wants to be cheap on food, housekeeping, and everything. Job is easy but the verbal abuse guests will give you when it is out of your control is ridiculous.
