Pros

The culture and atmosphere is truly top tier. I love that we have proper work/life balance, and the benefits are amazing. I love that I can travel to our resorts and stay for FREE with my Club Go Points. On top of that, I can get hotel discounts through our IHG rewards program. They can as low as $39/night, and this saves me a ton of money because I love taking weekend trips. I plan on staying and growing with this company for a very long time.

Working for a company that cares about its employees, is courageous with the yes's and the no's and is ALWAYS looking for the next creative solution, keeps us all on our toes and striving towards and for more. I love working for a company that values team member input, encourages us to give back to our community, inspires our own authenticity and gives that back in return.
