Pros

There’s some good benefits while working with them, the directors are very engaging to the team and they do hire a lot within the company

Cons

Very bad communication throughout departments, reactive responses to certain things, the pay is a bit lower than other places. The resort is still trying to evolve but it’s very slow in making necessary changes.

Beautiful facility, right next to the beach

Cons

So many to list, the management was awful, the front desk associates responsible for training were extremely unprofessional. Most of the employees were slacking off so I had to do everything by myself as a new employee
