      Pros

      Regular on going training. Hourly is slightly higher than most other timeshare companies.

      Cons

      What they don't tell is that during the last quarter when sales go down they clear house to make way for the first quarter budget. It's a catch 22 since the last quarter due to holidays in November and December its very difficult to up with minimal quotas.
