      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      Horribly cutthroat environment on the brand team. Everyone was out for each others jobs so they could rise to the top. They set you up for failure and take credit for your good work. All while underpaying!

      Manager and work environment are good. Always scheduled your hours properly regardless of full time part time or seasonal

      Cons

      It gets really hot during the summer so just be prepared for heat.

      Great job for a people person

      Pros

      You get to meet lots of interesting people, and get discounts as an ihg employee for your own stays at other ihg hotels.

      Cons

      You get chewed out a lot by grumpy people who've been driving for hours, and entitled jerks who think they deserve everything you've got with a cherry on top. But mostly management will stick up for you if you're reasonably good at handling people.
