Pros

New office building, kept clean, cafeteria, new breakroom with appliances. Bathrooms are cleaned multiple times a day

Cons

Job description did not match the job, horrible boss. Back stabbing environment. Projects go past due dates and the wrong people are blamed. Had to work nights and weekends, was thrown into the fire far too quickly.

Many coworkers who genuinely want to help the company succeed.

Cons

The company is in the process of purging talented individuals and is focused on hiring highly paid senior management employees from firms that the new leadership team has worked with in the past. In addition to the negatively these changes have infused into the organization, the company has now fumbled handling the COVID-19 virus.
