      Pros

      The company culture is great. Great benefits, great people, and great company morale. There's a lot of excitement with how quickly the company is growing. Most departments work seamlessly together to create a fun work experience. Leadership is mindful of company morale and tries to build a transparent company culture in a number of ways. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to work here.

      Cons

      The reputation of the industry isn't great which makes it hard to network outside of our industry.

      The culture at Holiday Inn Club Vacations is AMAZING! The people are what make the company and the brand standout amongst the rest. Great atmosphere Great team members They encourage you to grow an develop, open communication lines. We are currently in a movement of growth and expansion, it's a great time to join the family.

      Cons

      The traffic where the corporate campus is now located is a little insane.

      Good vibes from everyone in the office always willing to help. Unlimited coffee and sodas.

      Cons

      Management can turn agisnt you really quick if something goes wrong.
