Best company I have ever worked for! I love the transparency and family-feel environment that they've fostered.

Company is still growing so there are a lot of changes still happening which is also a pro because you get to be involved in the changes and growth!

Good Culture, lots of fun activities. They try.

Cons

If you have system issues they will not pay you. You are not able to go to the bathroom when you need. Fox News playing daily in the breakrooms. The Workforce Team does not tell you the policy, they will not train you on policies ("go talk to your Manager"), and they randomly change them. One of the Workforce ladies is really rude. Pay is not bad, there is an opportunity for bonus pay. Give me benefits and time off in the first 90 days.
