      This place is a place that really focuses on your strengths, they seek out candidates that value the culture and the brand of the company. They took the time to really get to know me to make sure that I had the experience and also that I was a fit for the team

      Laid back environment, no micro-management, doesn't feel like work, potential to make great money as a Sales Agent

      Cons

      A majority of the pay is commission-based, even though there is no cap on earnings. Low base pay.
