      They play favoritism with the leads!

      Pros

      If the managers like you and you kiss up to them you can earn a lot of money. Sadly !!

      Cons

      They unfairly distribute leads! Rather than providing leads based on the ability of the rep, they pick and choose who can make good money. Usually its the vets who have been their for years who consistently earn a lucrative check.

      Good vibes from everyone in the office always willing to help. Unlimited coffee and sodas.

      Cons

      Management can turn agisnt you really quick if something goes wrong.

      Very few meet suggested compensation

      Pros

      Great training, very good camaraderie between employees, mutual support system good hours. Regular and consistent training.

      Cons

      Felt there was a misrepresentation of the compensation possible. This is a time share sales position and very very few lines sales persons make anything near the promised amount. Management rarely takes responsibility for missed sales.
