      Pros

      Relatively short work day, resort atmosphere, decent medical benefits & hotel discount benefits.

      Cons

      Quotas are changed at will (changed 3 x in one year), Pay schedule was changed 2 x in 18 months to decrease earnings. Poor oversight from upper management to lower and middle management. Office is very political, not merit based as was promised during training. Only the chosen will have opportunity to earn.

      Pros

      Benefits seem good, if you have money to use the room stays.

      Cons

      Hardly any phone calls, unless people are calling book by date, so they dont lose extra perks (momey, tickets). Then they do a skill set if your not doing well, they lower the amount of phone calls you get. All customer service calls count against you, called conversion. Very stressful. They promise you the world financially, not true for all. Unfair, makes you feel horrible. I seen 4 people walk out this week and 1 fired because his numbers aren't up. Plus you have to buy your headsets for $50.00
