      Benefits, Relaxed work environment. You find out a lot about the area, and gain many life skills from working in hospitality.

      Cons

      Many procedures are not followed. Management often does not side for employees. And many employees bring down work place morale.

      Recruiters have no idea what is going on in the departments! Horrific communication. Blatant lies about compensation and opportunity/career paths.
