Reasonably good benefits, nice environment as far as the building goes, working from home as well is nice.

Cons

The company does not favor tenured employees. The best leads go to the new employees or the favored teams at the time.

The compensation structure changed multiple times during my time there, and unfortunately, these changes were for the worse. Expectations for employees increased as pay decreased. These shifts made it difficult to feel appreciated as an employee.
