Pros
Love my peers and who I work with. The company cares about their employees and after 90 days offers full medical, dental, vision and matches 401k. The environment is some what laid back, but if you have goals that you are striving for the sky is the limit.
Cons
Even if you have been in sales you cannot expect to get on the floor and make money immediately. You have to be realistic and give yourself at lease 60 to 90 days. It all depends on your goals and what you are trying to achieve.
