      Great company that values it's workers. You can tell from the upper management and down that they love the brand, the culture, and the people. Great place to work and cultivate relationships.

      Roll out the red carpet for new hires with an engaging week of training They offer follow up training Monthly touch bases with leadership to develop a career path Pay well, matching 401k, and IHG employee room rates

      Great Company/Great Pay

      Pros

      Pay was very good if you work hard. Can make upwards of $1000 or more in a single day.

      Cons

      Need to work longer hours than minimum to make good money as it is a numbers game. The more you pitch, the more you sell. Can go some days making nothing.
