      -The San Antonio Market is one of the cleanest and most efficient markets to work with -Opportunities to meet long-time friends and powerful references -Managers/Trainers are willing to work with thier employees, as long as such employees show a desire to improve oneself

      Cons

      -The stress of a fast-paced sales environment isn't necessarily for everyone -Management can be incompetent at times -Selfish personalities of co-workers can conflict with team interests

      Pros

      Convenient to most parks. Often host employee cook outs and offer discounted hotel stays. Flex scheduling in certain roles and sub par benefits.

      Cons

      Sketchy management. Often promoting anyone to manager despite their ineptitude. Cowboy management decisions are often made and anyone outside of the "good ole boys club" is left to fend for themselves.
