      Potential, needs to go back from where it all started. (*Family Oriented*)

      Cons

      They base them selves on family and how oriented it will be, after just being hired on for a few weeks was let go because i had to choose between the schedule or my kids not being picked up from day care. Would not even adjust or reason.

      Some nice coworkers, other then that none.

      Cons

      Work with Scam artists selling "vacations". My coworkers would lie telling customers they will discount airfare, the package can be returned, and that they will get picked up from the hotel in a shuttle when they knew none of this was true. The boss would come to the Brewer games we worked at drunk and yell at everyone, not to mention many other things he was on.

      Pros

      Positive, cheerful staff. Great spiffs and bonuses. Enjoyed the environment. 25 hours week creates much more productivity. Appreciate Sundays as a regular day off since the Call Center is closed on Sunday's.

      Cons

      Call ratios - can lose all your weekly commissions from one bad day. Need a better 401k plan since the company only matches up to $300 --
