Pros

You will meet some very nice people that may become life long friends. You will be able to move up very fast if you like to play "the game."

Cons

Definitely will show you how life is NOT fair. The wrong people get promoted when the people that actually know their job does not. If you can look at yourself in the mirror and play the game and schmooze your way to the top then this is the place for you.

I have worked at Holiday Inn Club Vacations since it was just 1 resort in Kissimmee. The growth over the last decade has been amazing. My leaders and business partners not only care about what I am doing to push the resort to the next level but also, about me as a person. I can not imagine working anywhere else. The benefits are excellent, great PTO plan, and focused on philanthropy in the community.

Cons

Opened an office in a different area that will change my commute.

Great pay structure, benefits and people. It's just like a family at work. Everyone is willing to help each other and build great working relationships.

Cons

The people that you are selling to have almost no idea they are coming into a timeshare presentation more often than not, it's almost random wether they will purchase or not. It just all depends on who you have in front of you. This makes your sales a real roller coaster
