      Pros

      Great job to have if you're in college and need a part time job. very flexible and reasonable pay. The saying "you reap what you sow" is true when it comes to how much you will get paid.

      Cons

      For a college student there was a lot of driving involved. High employee turnover.

      Commissions vs hourly...and not always guaranteed the same income (although you will at least get your hourly if no sales).
