      Pros

      Great co-workers and weekly pay. Hotel room discounts are really good and all over the world. Supervisors go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need when you ask for it even when they are obviously way overworked.

      Cons

      Constant policy changes that you are not always informed about in a timely manner. Some of the changes involve your pay and commissions.

      Income potential. Hotel discounts. Sales training.

      Cons

      Very condescending and belittling to their employees. Don't hold true to their word. Make you feel like you're "in the nest" and ask you to open up to them with the truth but then use it against you. Hype up what they say they're going to do and don't do it. Very misleading.

      You get hired quick and they have some nice perks if you trick tourists into seeing a timeshare

      Cons

      There payment projection is insane and their management hierarchy is ridiculous. Someone I trained with became my manager in 2 weeks
