      Great commission checks and benefits.

      Cons

      Commissions vs hourly...and not always guaranteed the same income (although you will at least get your hourly if no sales).

      Pros

      I was an intern for the company and have nothing but positive comments. I worked with the communications team, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt valued, useful, and I actually learned a lot about the hospitality industry. The office is located on the resort as well, so it was nice coming to a beautiful location for work every day. I also got paid a decent amount for an intern.

      Cons

      Nothing, really. I had a very positive experience.

      Pros

      The hours are low, at 32/week. The pay is great, at $11/hour plus commission. Management is also very relaxed and approachable.

      Cons

      Turnover is high. Low performance for 4-5 weeks in a row will get you out the door. Commission is weekly, so each week is stressful until you reach a tier that will give you a comfortable check.
