      Easy job! No to much work, small kitchen, great coworkers!

      Insures benefit aren't good! Hard to get a better position in the resort!

      Pros

      Not difficult work at all. Once you know what you're doing, you pretty much just go on your own to get the job done.

      Cons

      Training can be a bit rough due to the lack of trainer(s). Can be hard to learn what you need to do specifically because a lot of the situations are always changing depending on the guest.
