Pros
During the recession, i feel secure in my position. Many other Timeshare companies have laid off many people, but OLR has been hiring.
Cons
Some of the managers and senior managers do not treat the employee first. We have more "restrictions" and things we cannot do or fear of being written up, than praises or benifits.
