Terrible managers and high favortism

Stay away if you seek competent leaders/managers. You get trained the way to do things,v then the reality is the right way is different when on the floor. Favortism, politics, brown-nosing dictates the culture. AA employees are treated very poorly and like they are invisible. You don't work 40hrsml,v more like 32hrs a week. Recruiting lies about shifts

None honestly not even the pay to deal with the trouble I did. Id give 0 stars if I could! Everyone in there is fake and a liar and if you’re not part of that little clique of liars, and code breakers, you’re out,

Cons

You can’t trust anyone there. They’re all a clique . And family related. The sous chef had his daughter and his nephew working there and fired me when I complained about the rules they were breaking which broke health codes!!! They washed off mold off of strawberries and continued to serve them!

Your co-workers is honestly what will motivate you because this company is great at painting a picture about being family and that was a major red flag and they stated my position would not require probing and that's what they wanted

Cons

Very terrible pay, supervisors are a joke and do not help; they will ask you what is wrong to try and keep themselves out of trouble
