Fast-paced seasonal environment with strong earning potential during peak months. Guests and coworkers on the front line were generally great to work with.
Cons
Communication around returning seasonal employment was unclear. While policies exist requiring reapplication each season, this was never communicated during hiring or at the end of the season. No indication was given that returning was uncertain, and job fair notifications were the first formal communication months later. This created real planning issues for employees who reasonably expected to return and structured their off-season accordingly.
